This copy of the Foxe's Book of Martyrs was printed in 1583. It was printed while John Foxe was still alive (died in 1587). We are honored to carry this book detailing the lives, sufferings and triumphant deaths of the early Christian and the Protestant Martyrs. The Foxe's Book of Martyrs is an encouragement to live for God, and to do so by studying the Word of God- The King James Bible. This book contains over 150 illustrations, all of which are hand made wood-cuts, used for the printing process. The reading of the Book of Martyrs will truly give you an increased appreciatioin for your Bible and for your freedom to worship!

July 25, 2016

So far this year, my family and I have had the honor of helping/directing 2 Vacation Bible Schools. God has blessed and allowed us to lead 41 souls to Christ and see 11 baptized! God has also allowed us to see a total of 72 souls saved so far this year. We serve a great God!

This is just a little poem/recap of the last VBS- Jesus is my superhero- that we just finished.

The past week was great, what fun we all had,
And now that it's over, I am partly sad...
The kids all looked great in the costumes they wore,
We did crafts and snacks, and they all wanted more...
The children worked hard to invite friend and neighbor,
7 precious souls trusted Christ as their Saviour.
The boys win the offering? No, that's not the case,
The girls, they did win, so I took a pie in the face!
We learned bible lessons, our hero is Jesus,
Wherever we go, we know that HE always sees us...
The devil was made to run fast away,
Because of the scripture the kids could all say...
The helpers worked hard, and showed up every night,
Without them it's not possible to make things go right!
Now the decorations are down, put away til next year,
But the joy of the children, I can still hear!
So many folks, their time and money sacrificed,
To show the TRUE SUPERHERO is only Jesus Christ!
Thank you to each and every person for helping, and I seriously can't wait to do it again next year!

Eph 3:19-21 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
In 2015, God blessed our ministry beyond any human comprehension. We were able to see many people trust Christ and also many to surrender to serve Christ. God also added to our ministry, not only were we given the motorhome that I mentioned in a previous post, an answer to a prayer that I had not mentioned to anyone, taking my needs only to God, but God also has given us an unbelievable collection of antique Bibles and books that we carry and display in our meetings. Some of these date back as far as 1550, with many from the 1500's and 1600's. It is a small living example of the preservation of God's Word! It is an honor and responsibilty that we accept so that we may be an encoragement to God's people to get into and stay in His word. We serve a great God!
These pictures show just a few of the collection! God is good!
