Dear
Praying Friends,
Psalm 119:27 Make me to understand the
way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of
thy wondrous works.
2018. What a wonderful
year! We are so blessed to be able to sit here now and reflect on the “wondrous
things” that God did this past year, and the way that God has blessed the
Nehemiah Ministry that He allows my family and I to have.
First,
we are thankful that God allowed us to see nearly 100 souls trust Christ as
their personal Saviour. What a wonderful Saviour that He is! We were also
blessed to be a part of seeing many other decisions made, rededications to God,
baptisms, encouraging the saints, and many more. We truly do serve a great God.
My family and I were
able to be a part of over 60 different ministries this past year, and are
thankful to be used of God. On the Nehemiah part of our ministry, I was able to
help a church remodel their auditorium, build a pulpit and communion table for
another church, build and install a new church sign, help install new flooring
in a pastors home, install several new doors and windows in multiple churches,
replace stairs, complete a makeover in a church foyer/entryway, rebuild a deck
for an assistant pastor, remodel a bathroom in a parsonage, and several other
projects for many different churches. I am thankful that God allows me to use
what he has given me to His Glory!
God
also blessed us with a “new to us” home away from home. We were offered an
amazing deal on a 43 ft fifth wheel camper/trailer with a 2005 Chevy 1 ton
dually truck to pull it. After much prayer and counsel, God moved on the hearts
of so many folks, and we were able to give a good down payment, and God is
still supplying the monthly payment on time, every time. God has allowed my
family to be on the road, in this ministry, and it is such a blessing to have
this trailer to help out with expense of housing and it also gives us the
ability to travel more and farther to try to reach more folks for Christ. Ephesians 3:20, 21 Now unto him that is
able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to
the power that worketh in us, Unto him
be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without
end. Amen.
This
past August, we passed the 5 year mile marker in this ministry. In the past 5
years, God has allowed us to see over 600 people trust Christ!
As
we look forward to the future, please pray with us for health and safety as we
travel, and that God would continue to use us to be a blessing to every person
that we meet, and as a witness to the lost. Please pray with my wife Sandy, my
daughter Lilly, and me as we strive to be servants of God. May God continue to
bless you and your ministry.
Your servants for Christ,
The Watts Family
